By downloading or using Wingman Protocol ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a self-improvement and analytics tool that helps you track and reflect on your own dating activity. It provides general coaching and informational content. It is not professional, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for your own conduct and decisions.
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully toward other people. You will not use the App to harass, deceive, coerce, or harm anyone. The App does not connect to third-party dating services and does not act on your behalf.
Wingman Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed at $12.99 per month through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the standard App Store terms.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version at this URL with a new date.
